“Jessica was very helpful and efficient in signing us up to breakdown recovery insurance. We have just cancelled our breakdown cover under a premium banking service, as the benefits no longer covered our travel insurance (too old!), refused to replace a lost mobile phone (no police documentation within 48hours, - as it was lost whilst on a walking holiday), and was costing us £216 p.a. This suits our needs admirably in replacing the one remaining bank "bonus" for vehicle recovery and breakdowns.”
