“Clear and precise with an excellent price.However I could only give a good rating and not a very good rating as I paid an extra £5.00 for a hard copy of the Policy Booklet to be sent to me and this has not arrived.I will have to chase this up with you when your office is next open.”

“Can't rate Very Good as I'd had an issue with regards to the correct naming of my wife on the policy and despite being told that I would receive an E-mail or call to resolve this never did. I was going to go elsewhere for my policy but tried one more time with Kavelle who sorted out the issues politely and efficiently in one short telephone call - so she wins the 'Employee of the month Award' !”
