“A big thank you to Elsie who assisted me on the telephone this evening. Unfortunately my old policy had lapsed and I had not renewed in tile so Elsie found me a more suitable policy AND saved me money at the same time. I can't fault the service so far but I hope NEVER to have to call on the other end to help rescue me from being stranded on the side of an A-road somewhere; usually when the weather is either cold or wet! Keep up the good work guys.”
