“I wanted to take out a new policy in my name (my wife as named driver) in place of the policy in my wife's name. Rather than doing 20 questions, she put my on hold while she copied the details over - then confirmed the details with me. Very quick and efficient. Thanks.”

“Excellent,attentive service both on the phone and at the roadside. A mechanic was with us within 30 minutes. All 3 of us had a ride home. Really good. Thank you.”
