“Well it didn’t. I wanted to pay online and was informed it wan’t possible at that time and to ring an 03 number. I was reluctant to do this because 03 numbers are expensive and then the amount of time spent on the telephone acquiring this purchase. Imagine my surprise and indignation when your operator started trying to SELL me key insurance! Grrrr! I’m trying to BUY BREAKDOWN insurance. He then goes on to quote me the cost of having them sent through post or via email. More time wasting. Was this the reason that I could not complete my purchase online but had to endure your operator’s hard sell? Not a pleasant experience. NOT HAPPY.”

“We had an issue last year where we needed your services. From calling to the centre to the car being recovered everything was excellent. Great service Today on renewing the policy Kavelle was also excellent....very professional and helpful.”
