“Initially it was an enquiry as a colleague had told me about Auto Aid. I was asked if I wanted to ask any questions, which I did, every question I asked was answered straight away without hesitation. I was given reassurance that everything that I wanted/needed was covered. I thought the person I spoke to was very polite.”

“It's still good value for money despite the price rising year after year It was £18 when I first joined It still probably beats all other breakdown services though with very good cover but the price is getting closer to all the others”

“There was a problem with my renewal. I wasn't happy with the way the man I spoke to was dealing with it. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She dealt with it appropriately and proficiently. I appreciated being understood and the issue addressed. Now it's down to Auto Aid to sort out the issues re the renewal reminders. Then I'll give a "very good" grade!”

“1-Good price for the cover considering, like the AA, the person(s) are covered not the car. 2-Ease of contact. Cannot comment further than this since I have not, as yet, had a breakdown.”
