“Having missed my renewal, was advised I would need to take out a new policy at an increased premium. The staff advised that the system would not let them make any alterations. I pleaded my case as a loyal customer and the staff took this up with the underwriters. True to their word, they called me back and advised they could honour the original renewal. Cannot fault the professionlism, the personal touch or the dedication to customer service. When so many businesses only pay lip service to their customers, this was a breath of fresh air. Well done and highly recommended.”

“We have been with the AA for several years but when a friend saw our renewal notice he suggested that we should give some other service a chance.When we saw the quote from your company it was so much better and as we are both in our 80's and doing very little driving we decided to change. You young lady who did the quote for us was excellent”
