“Have been with AUTOAID for a few years and found it does exactly what it claims. Have recommended it to friends who have since taken it out. On the minus side new charges for sending documents by post and cancellation charges seem excessive”

“Firstly, I love Autoaid - they got me out of a real hole some months back when the head gasket went on my old car - and the great pricing makes it affordable for me. However, I have tried to renew online over these past few days and the website wouldn't recognise my absolutely valid document/policy number. When I phoned the person who took my call wasn't wonderfully understanding. A simple, "I'm sorry you've had this problem, it was caused by...; I will get that sorted for you." would have gone such a long way with me- instead I felt as if the response i was getting was a bit offhand, surly almost. Call centre work isn't great, I know, so perhaps I caught this person on an off-day.”

“I have personally found the Autoaid cover to be far superior to the Big Names (AA & RAC) while costing a lot less. Also having used them on two occasions in the past I have found the process to be smooth and easily as good as other providers charging twice as much.”
