“just renewed my policy over the phone and was dealt with promptly and efficiently. everything was clearly explained to me and done quickly. Would have given 5 stars if I still received a reminder in the post not just online”

“Firstly the title and my name has been spell incorrectly on the policy; Secondly your telephone voice sounds uncertain and disinterested - could be because it's Friday afternoon after 5pm. I was asked to repeat all my details again, as i have been with auto aid for over 5 years, my details should hv been on the system. It make me very wary. However, I realised this is probably a new starter - hence the 3 stars.”
