“I needed to make a claim in December 2016, when my wife's car battery went flat. I called out a local firm, who came to her aid. They 'jumped' the flat battery, and I subsequently claimed the call-out charge, from Auto Aid. They paid the claim, and I have just renewed my insurance for another year. It is especially useful, that the claim was dealt with online. A satisfied customer of some years, Stewart.”
