“We have been with another company for over 30 years but as we don't go very far these days, we were looking for a company that suited our needs which was cheaper. I am pleased to say that this company suited our needs, and within a few minutes of our phone call the emailed us all the documents. Very efficient. Thank you very much.”

“Kavelle was very helpful and answered my questions fully. This is our second year with Autoaid and so far not had to make a call out for assistance so cannot comment on how efficient they are in dealing with an emergency. Their price is very competitive compared with the likes of AA and RAC which we had been with for years without ever having to call them out but had to find an alternative insurer as their prices are ridiculously high.”

“Someone answered the phone within a couple of rings and I didn't have to wait in a queue. Duma was very polite, listened to my request to renew membership and also change address and actionned it very quickly. Excellent customer service which is often lacking in a lot of other companies!”
