“This was only dealing with renewal (which had been on my mind, but I had not got round to doing). I rang the number in the reminder email - Sarah answered quickly, found my renewal information almost immediately and processed the renewal (sending out the documents) within 5 minutes of me calling. Brilliantly pleasant and extremely efficient.”

“DUMA reinstated my policy, with no fuss, which was cancelled in error in 2016 when the new company took over and informed me of my Direct Debit cancellation via a defunct email address. Well done Duma.”
