“The lady I spoke to, Nita, was very helpful. She answered the phone quickly (no being kept on hold) and sorted my policy out. My only issue was that I had tried to renew online, but your website would not let me renew, so my old policy expired and I am now deemed to be a "new customer". This should not affect anything, but it would have been nice to complet the process online.”

“The renewal is at a competitive price and is suitable for my needs although I haven't had to use it yet. The agent discussed additional key cover which would be useful in the event of me losing any for my four vehicles. It was good to be able to speak to someone who knew about the products. I was interested to see that you are involved with the British Touring Car series and wonder if you have any offers on tickets to visit one of the rounds on 2018?”
