“I've been a satisfied customer for year. I was invited to renew my membership online but was unable to do so. i called Customer Services and renewed over the phone. this was done efficiently and I immediately received documentation.”

“A good service at a good price. Telephone manner somewhat brusque though perfectly competent. Email communication looked like spam in my inbox. Had to double check before opening. And that's a shame because I've been a customer for over ten years and have had a generally good experience with Auto Aid.”
