“Jordan was initially quite abrupt, unclear and did not seem to appreciate the need to inform me about updates to customer details and new charges to printed policy document. Once I have taken Jordan up on these issues, he apologised and handled the call very well. Overall a good call.”

“It's comprehensive and clear. It's also good value compared to most of its rivals. It doesn't draw you in with an introductory offer, and then double the premium for subsequent years. Renewing the policy is quick and easy. Your staff are friendly and helpful.”

“The price is very good indeed so have just renewed. Have no idea about the service as did not have any reason to call them out over the last year. Currently there is an offer for NEW customers only of 15 months for the price of 12 months. They could have made existing customers a lot happier by at least including them in the offer or, even happier, by giving them a slightly better offer e.g. 16 months for the price of 12 months.”

“Having Auto Aid gives peace of mind knowing assistance is there if needed and at a sensible price. Have had cover for ten years and touch wood never had reason to call so that's approximately 66% (£500-£600) saved on the cost of the traditional packages for the same cover.”

“Have just renewed after a short break. Dealt with politely and efficiently when renewing by phone. Past experience of breakdown help was good.”

“The telephone operator was extremely efficient this morning when I rang to renew my policy. The conversation was completed in under 5 minutes and a confirmation e-mail was received almost as soon as I hung up the 'phone. I have had to call Auto Aid out in the past when I have broken down. Although I've had to wait a while for someone to get to me, I think that probably the same would be the case with other breakdown companies if you are not given a priority callout.”
