“Very disappointed that it took me 26 hours (awaiting a call back) .just to pay for my next years premium, up until last year I have actually managed to speak to somebody right away not had to wait for a call back at a time which may not be convenient . I would have renewed online but the price was £8 more for some unknown reason, usually online is cheaper!?! However I have no complaints about Lauren who eventually took my payment.”
