“I arranged my renewal with Melissa on 12/08/21 Almost immediately after the phone call ended I received the request to review her service - but as I haven't yet received confirmation or any details of my new policy, I cannot comment. I tried to reply to her email - but it has been blocked, as a no-reply email... Can you please send my policy documents, and then I can consider what I need to say in my review”

“Very disappointed that it took me 26 hours (awaiting a call back) .just to pay for my next years premium, up until last year I have actually managed to speak to somebody right away not had to wait for a call back at a time which may not be convenient . I would have renewed online but the price was £8 more for some unknown reason, usually online is cheaper!?! However I have no complaints about Lauren who eventually took my payment.”
