I arranged my renewal with Melissa on 12/08/21 Almost immediately after the phone call ended I received the request to review her service - but as I haven't yet received confirmation or any details of my new policy, I cannot comment. I tried to reply to her email - but it has been blocked, as a no-reply email... Can you please send my policy documents, and then I can consider what I need to say in my review

I renewed by phone and was told my policy would be with me the same day, 15th September, I'm still waiting on 23rd September. Not good!

renewal notice sent on the day policy expires. No PROPER policy document / document file sent . I need a SINGLE SHEET of paper with policy number, name, vehicle details, cover details and contact emergency numbers on it, one sheet, to print and keep in the car, not a stupid 'general 'document.

I took out the breakdown policy with AutoNational on 27 12 2018 . I have just realised I have no policy number or even a phone number to phone should I break down. Could someone please send the details to my Email in case I should need them .thank you
