“Luckily , i have never had to call for assistance and the renewal was the same price as last year when most companies increase their prices. Had to speak to Claire to change personal details and was very efficient in my enquiry as the phone was answered in just a few rings. Regards Thomas.”

“Very helpful and quick. I had missed renewal date due to reminder going to wrong email address. Melisa rang to remind me policy expired and renewed quickly and efficiently for me. New policy could not start till next day and not immediately but luckily did not break down that day”
