“Have only used once in about 4 years but no problems at all getting a prompt response and fixed up when I had a problem with my car away from home. The annual premium is a lot cheaper than most and doesn't seem to increase much each year. I was with RAC for many years but now get a similar service for much less.”

I have roadside cover which in my opinion is good value for money and suits my needs. “I have been with AutoNational since 1997 when they were called Boncaster. Each year I get a comparison quote, and each year I stay with Auto National, as I feel their service has been great. I do have a concern now, the amount of paperwork, emails, I am receiving, where I used to just get the proposal for renewal then maybe a reminder. Then the documents. Now I have a lot more which I have to download and print off. But I guess that is technology for you. I am very happy with Autonational on the occasions I have needed to call them out. Always rescuing me quickly. Thank you for 24 years of service.”
