“I was aware renewal was due 11/10 but was waiting to get car MOT'd first. Your operative, Sarah phoned me to remind aboout renewal and I compled renewal over the phone with her. I asked her to send me out the policy details as I don't currently have a printer that works and she agreed to do this. Unlike last year, and the year before, this was actually done and I received my policy renewal confirmation and details of cover 2 days later.”
