“Thankfully I have not yet had to call upon Autonational for their breakdown service, so can't comment upon this aspect. Renewal of the policy by phone was very straightforward. The range of benefits offered seem to be good value for the premium charged. It would be useful to have a hard copy of the new certificate to be available by post rather than having to make a copy of the details by hand, especially as the long reference numbers change from year to year.”

“After trying to9 renew online but getting a more expensive quote than that in my email I rang Auto national and spoke to someone there. He explained that it wasn't recognizing the discount online but that he could renew it at the quoted price on the phone. After checking all of my details payment went ahead with no problems. It was very straightforward, quick and Samuel was very helpful.”
