“The renewal process was completed in no more than 10 minutes. I did mention that I had only received a text message and no email reminder. Also, when I tried to renew on-line, the document number that I had didn't work, so I had to make a phone call. The first credit card that I gave was declined, but the second one accepted. No idea why the first one wasn't accepted.”

“Although I've not used Autonational very much as both our cars have proved very reliable over the years we have had them, on the odd occasions that I have used them, I was very satisfied with the prompt service. Having two cars means that we get a discount off the second car which means that the price is very competitive compared to the AA, RAC and others.”
