Was not happy that my Santander debit card was not accepted after going to the trouble of filling all the card details in etc. I feel you should warn people in your email that certain cards are not accepted.

Prompt efficient service when renewing policy. And the times I have had to use the breakdown service - always been helpful when contacting re breakdown and courteous when driver/truck arrives!.

I have not yet had reason to call Autonational for a breakdown. The company have a good easy to follow web site which makes it so easy to renew policy, which is a great price for what they offer. When I have had reason to call their centre I have found the operators answer very quickly and are so polite.

Lauren was quick to assess my requirements and kept the questions moving at a brisk rate: She was quick to assess the auditory problems that I/we had - meaning, that reception was poor for her until I moved room: The previous Auto Nat telephonist had not been so quick and contact was lost. Lauren was quick to recapitulate on a programmed sentence that I had not understood, as the content was new to me.

Used this company for some years now and have been satisfied with the level of service and response. I have the basic package which is reasonably priced and has helped me on the rare occasions when I have had a breakdown.

I have not yet needed to make use of my cover, but customer service staff have always been helpful at the renewal stage and the no claims discount is a great feature

A couple of years ago I needed rescuing and Auto National were very good and got us picked up and transported back safely , they were excellent.
