“Claire was very helpful and clear on the phone. However, had the Registration numbers of both the cars covered in the policy been included in the renewal documents to confirmation purposes I would not have had to make the phone call, I would have renewed on line instead.”

“renewal notice sent on the day policy expires. No PROPER policy document / document file sent . I need a SINGLE SHEET of paper with policy number, name, vehicle details, cover details and contact emergency numbers on it, one sheet, to print and keep in the car, not a stupid 'general 'document.”

“It was unfortunate that my policy renewal was only sent by e-mail less than a day before the expiry date. Because I was out yesterday the policy had expired before I could renew. I was going to be charged more as I would be taking out a "new" policy. This was completely unreasonable and I complained as such. The lady I spoke to contacted a supervisor and my policy was treated as a renewal, which is what it was. It was in no way the fault of the telephone advisor and I am pleased the issue was settled amicably.”

“I have used AutoNational for several years but. luckily, have not had to call them out. Staff always helpful on phone and sort out problems quickly, i.e. my renewal email did not arrive but was sent immediately when I phoned.”
