“When I phoned with my query about policy renewal I was advised that I would need a call-back. This came within a couple of hours of my initial contact, and my query was dealt with politely, calmly and comprehensively by the call handler Daniella, who then followed up quickly with an email to confirm the policy renewal. Very satisfied with the service received.”
