My car insurance should have ceased in July '22, due to ill health it has only now come to my notice, after informing your company I was terminating my policy with you for another company. It appears you are still deducting £37.92 from my bank each month, which means I as a customer am paying 2 car insurances because you did not terminate my direct debit. Please contact me on - lindabellion@yahoo.co.uk as I would appreciate my money back.
