"Disgusting customer service in Scotland. Been in 12 months and still nothing done. They come round, promise works and don\u2019t deliver. It\u2019s all lip service to keep you happy (at the time). Want to bodge their own failings rather than replace them for new. Only answer emails they want to. Ignore anything that might cost them money to fix. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS!"
