“I refused a order in June and I still have not received a refund. At first they said it would take 8 weeks. Then they said another 3 days. Lastly they said give them 1 more days. Basically giving me a run around. It's been taking to long to get my products.”

And for the past year or more the company has got awful about having products available for the customer..I have been a Avon representative for over 36 years! It always states that it’s going to be months before it’s available. I just got a brand new customer that order skin so soft this time and again it’s gonna be on backorder for months. If I was a customer, I would not buy anything from Avon. Because there’s other places they can go to pick up their product right then and there , it’s very difficult because you have to explain every campaign that your stuff is still not available. Something needs to be done about this situation.”

Been waiting 15 days now for my order (which was and is still in stock).
It was due on 19th October, I was advised it was delayed due to a new system and they would text the day before delivery. Still waiting and Avon’s customer care can only advise they will message the day before delivery.

“Super slow to dispatch product and using the dismal Hermes company to deliver. Almost 2weeks after the purchase i am still waiting. The products would have to be really out of this world for me to visit again.”
“Good products but this time the packaging was inadequate and opened in transit meaning an item was missing. It wasn't clear whether Avon were aware of this or not. Awaiting replacement but could have been avoided by better packaging.”
