“I have ordered expensive clothing from Avon. I always use the Avon size charts. I always order a larger size as clothing never fits my bust properly. I usually wear an XL. I ordered one top it was ok and fit well. I ordered the black set with the Diamond zippers. Almost 80$. Ordered according to fit my bust. The top is so small I cannot wear it. The past are so large a 3x person could fit them. Same thing with the Wild pyjamas. Top is small and short. Boons are extremely huge. Even after I washed them. I ordered abs XL sweatshirt it is way too big could fit a 3x person. I ordered that summer red dress with buttons down there from and pockets. I wore that twice and the material is splitting sideways so it’s like the material is so thin that if you move one way it gets stretched and makes holes in it. The lined leggings with the soft material inside to keep you warm. My XL was again to big and could fit A 3x person. The clothing you sell is not worth the price at all. Cheap material, cheap clothing. Also my favorite senses cherry lip balm has changed . It is no good anymore. Tastes terrible. And it is not the perfect product it was before. The jewelry I have order one set only because it is not big and flashy like most of the jewelry sets. The bracelets are always way too big for me. Most of the jewelry is beyond ugly. I ordered 2 rings in a size 8. I know I fit 7-8 on my fingers. They are so big I can’t wear them.
Same old boring expensive products every campaign just on a different page. I only purchase when they are below 20$. Avon used to sell good bras & underwear, shapewear. Beautiful socks. But not anymore. I purchased a pink and white roller ball massage piece that is awesome. Wanted To order more however you cannot get that anymore. All the T-shirts you sell like the three packs or two packs they’re all short on the torso. It makes me very angry that Avon is not the way it used to be.. I order through a rep that is on my street. I have not ordered last campaign. I am not ordering this campaign due on the 20th.. there is nothing in there. It’s just all the same as all the campaigns before.. I am very disappointed in Avon. “Terrible customer service. Contacted Avon to ask how to do a return. Followed instructions to the letter. Several months later after lots of chasing, Avon is now unwilling to process the returned products. They’ve confirmed receipt of the parcel (and returns form) but won’t refund, or exchange, or provide credit note or return items. They have both the payment for the goods and the goods themselves. Absolutely scandalous unethical behaviour. Avoid”

It always states that it’s going to be months before it’s available. I just got a brand new customer that order skin so soft this time and again it’s gonna be on backorder for months. If I was a customer, I would not buy anything from Avon. Because there’s other places they can go to pick up their product right then and there , it’s very difficult because you have to explain every campaign that your stuff is still not available. Something needs to be done about this situation.”
