Ordered online, have not received it and I cannot follow or track the order. Horrible service...unless you like wasting time in a loop with there poor excuse of computer help

I watched my life savings vanish in three months because of this platform. Every penny I had worked for was gone. Hope faded with each passing day. I felt trapped and had no way out. They launched an investigation and worked tirelessly to recover my funds. After weeks of uncertainty, the impossible happened. AMDARKLIMITED successfully retrieved my money. It was a second chance I never thought I would get. Now, I can rebuild my finances. I am grateful for their help.

Horrible!! Paid for expedited shipping to have my items in 4 days. 6 days later and they still haven't processed my order. They refused to refund my money or shipping fee. They said their warehouse is being updated so it will be late but did not inform anyone of this prior to ordering. I never write bad reviews but this company is a cheating, lying, SCAM. Do NOT waste your time or money

Parcel force delivered my Avon to a completely different address, my Avon rep Phillipa hartshorne hasnt answered any calls or messages, parcel force have no idea where the parcels are n Avon just gives me the runa round DON'T DO AVON

I refused a order in June and I still have not received a refund. At first they said it would take 8 weeks. Then they said another 3 days. Lastly they said give them 1 more days. Basically giving me a run around. It's been taking to long to get my products.

I place an order in June and return it June 14th because the company didn't have all the products I needed for several months. They said I would get a refund now it is August and I still have not received any money.

What's going on with all the Avon products? Don't see many Avon products that I like & have bought in the past available at the the moment ? Is this company going out of business? Shame on you! Get your act together!

I have been an Avon representative for over 36 years! And for the past year or more the company has got awful about having products available for the customer..I have been a Avon representative for over 36 years! And for the past year or more the company has got awful about having products available for the customer.. every time I order a skin so soft product. It always states that it’s going to be months before it’s available. I just got a brand new customer that order skin so soft this time and again it’s gonna be on backorder for months. If I was a customer, I would not buy anything from Avon. Because there’s other places they can go to pick up their product right then and there , it’s very difficult because you have to explain every campaign that your stuff is still not available. Something needs to be done about this situation.

Absolute rubbish! Been waiting 15 days now for my order (which was and is still in stock). It was due on 19th October, I was advised it was delayed due to a new system and they would text the day before delivery. Still waiting and Avon’s customer care can only advise they will message the day before delivery. Shame on you Avon!
