“ I ordered dresses for my daughter’s graduation on next day delivery, they arrived 2 days late ! I sent the dresses back and emailed AXParis customer services , I asked to be refunded for the postage since I paid for service that I didn’t get so the dresses had to be sent back as they didn’t arrive in time for the graduation, customer services replied and said delivery charges cannot be refunded as they have to pay for this but I paid for it and didn’t get my dresses !!!! Poor poor poor , if they said “ here’s the refund for the postage and a 15% discount code and free shipping on your next order , let us regain your faith in our brand as we believe we can do better next time “ I would have said ok let’s order something else . ”

“ 50 back, meaning around £12 was deducted for delivery and returns. ”

“ Ordered a dress and paid £6.50 delivery. It was not suitable and returned which cost a further £6.95…… absolutely absurd costs!!! Will never order from this company again!! ”

Returned myself through royal mail cost £4.95. Did not get full refund, took another £3.95 for what I have no idea. They should be reported to trading standards. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ”

“ This company are robbing us. Placed an order to be deducted a high price for returning plus delivery cost even with student discount. For the high prices they charge, returns should be included. Plenty other online stores to choose from. Avoid. ”

I queried this and received an email stating 'We do not offer free delivery or free returns. Outbound Delivery £3.95. Return £5.95'. Even if they have this written somewhere in small print on their website, its alot of money. ”
