“ agree with previous reviews. Returns process is impossible. I have entered my order number and email address on the returns portal - as in my confirmation email, and am getting an error message. Tried several times to contact support and no response yet. ”

How embarrassing for this company… I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and because I was a few days over the returns policy, they will not give me my money back (£200) How bad is that? Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommended them at all. ”

Even if they have this written somewhere in small print on their website, its alot of money. ”
