“ Tried to return dress. Said my item was not eligible for return none of the reasons listed were applicable to my item. It was in time and perfect condition. Only tried it on and it was too big. Would never purchase from this company again. Returns are made too difficult. ”

“ I wish I read returns policy. Ordered 2 dresses £4.95 for delivery, one was too big and didnt suit me. If returned through ax was £7.95. Only got option to pick replacement. Returned myself through royal mail cost £4.95. Did not get full refund, took another £3.95 for what I have no idea. They should be reported to trading standards. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ”
