Impossible company to deal.with regarding refunds/returns. Check out reviews on trust pilot, wish I had, as it appears they are known for this. Only order if you are 100% certain of keeping the items. Will not be using again. Have been emailing customer service for over 1 month.

agree with previous reviews. Returns process is impossible. I have entered my order number and email address on the returns portal - as in my confirmation email, and am getting an error message. Tried several times to contact support and no response yet.

My advise is to stay clear of this company, their return policy is disgusting 🤮 They do not accept returns after 14 days but are happy to accept the same items as donation, how dare they even mention the word donation.

Avoid! I probably don’t even need to write this review to help others as the previous reviews are pretty bad! How embarrassing for this company… I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and because I was a few days over the returns policy, they will not give me my money back (£200) How bad is that? Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommended them at all.
