“ I wish I read returns policy. Ordered 2 dresses £4.95 for delivery, one was too big and didnt suit me. If returned through ax was £7.95. Only got option to pick replacement. Returned myself through royal mail cost £4.95. Did not get full refund, took another £3.95 for what I have no idea. They should be reported to trading standards. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ”

“ Impossible company to deal.with regarding refunds/returns. Check out reviews on trust pilot, wish I had, as it appears they are known for this. Only order if you are 100% certain of keeping the items. Will not be using again. Have been emailing customer service for over 1 month. ”
