“ Very Poor Customer Service Purchased an item which was worn once and it started to fray, advised their customer services who basically accused me of tampering with the item before i had even returned it. ”

“ Awful company. I returned items but now told I pressed the gift card option on their returns page. I did not. Nothing fitted correctly at one item. Had to pay to return others and now I’m stuck with a £200 credit note (not even received that) and customer service sticking to their ‘policy’. I would not have checked the gift card box as I don’t want to order ANYTHING again from these people. Order number: 2345185 ”

“ Terrible customer service, after returning some items I mistakenly ticked the wrong box & selected the gift card option. Customer service have refused to refund to the original payment method despite 3 emails requesting. Don't use them there are better retailers forever womens fashion such as pretty little thing. ”

It was €8.50 to post back, then they charged me €8 customs ”

How embarrassing for this company… I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and because I was a few days over the returns policy, they will not give me my money back (£200) How bad is that? “ DO NOT order from this company! Returns policy an absolute scam!! Return portal not working properly but they charge per item anyway for returning even if it does work. I now have to pay for my own postage then they charge £4.95 handling fee! What a scam!! Disgusting service!! ”
