Ordered a dress that took 7 days to arrive, leaving almost no time within their 16-day return window. Tried to exchange for a different size but was refused, even after offering to reorder straight away. Rigid policy, poor customer service, and no flexibility—even for first-time buyers with genuine reasons. Now paying for alterations myself. Would not recommend shopping here.

Very Poor Customer Service
Purchased an item which was worn once and it started to fray, advised their customer services who basically accused me of tampering with the item before i had even returned it.

Awful company. I returned items but now told I pressed the gift card option on their returns page. I did not. Nothing fitted correctly at one item. Had to pay to return others and now I’m stuck with a £200 credit note (not even received that) and customer service sticking to their ‘policy’. I would not have checked the gift card box as I don’t want to order ANYTHING again from these people.

Terrible customer service, after returning some items I mistakenly ticked the wrong box & selected the gift card option. Customer service have refused to refund to the original payment method despite 3 emails requesting. Don't use them there are better retailers forever womens fashion such as pretty little thing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a play suit, arrived & was flimsy material & completely see through, when I tried to send back the link for the return label wouldn’t open, I contacted their “customer service” & was told I’d have to pay for return myself. It was €8.50 to post back, then they charged me €8 customs

Avoid!
I probably don’t even need to write this review to help others as the previous reviews are pretty bad! How embarrassing for this company…
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and because I was a few days over the returns policy, they will not give me my money back (£200) How bad is that? Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommended them at all.

DO NOT order from this company! Returns policy an absolute scam!! Return portal not working properly but they charge per item anyway for returning even if it does work. I now have to pay for my own postage then they charge £4.95 handling fee! What a scam!! Disgusting service!!
