Rigid policy, poor customer service, and no flexibility—even for first-time buyers with genuine reasons. Now paying for alterations myself. Would not recommend shopping here. ”

“ Very Poor Customer Service Purchased an item which was worn once and it started to fray, advised their customer services who basically accused me of tampering with the item before i had even returned it. ”

Had to pay to return others and now I’m stuck with a £200 credit note (not even received that) and customer service sticking to their ‘policy’. I would not have checked the gift card box as I don’t want to order ANYTHING again from these people. Order number: 2345185 ”

Customer service have refused to refund to the original payment method despite 3 emails requesting. Don't use them there are better retailers forever womens fashion such as pretty little thing. ”
