You ask to be present for a room inspection, as they are searching through 'everything!' Your pleas are ignored...
They 'touch,' everything! Including your pants; it's not right, and thoroughly degrading!
A Tenant told Axis Property Management of Granthams; housing Estate Agent, Jack, a Tenant had moved out. The response: the shower gets turned off for 24-72 hours; or until someone rings it in as a repair! The culprit; a very angry Jack or David; because they blame the remaining Tenants for keeping the fact the Tenant was planning to move; from them. This accusation is completely unfounded.
David Raffan came from Big Blue Properties to co-join with Axis Property Management of Grantham; Jack is from the Axis organisation; but this pair 'David and Jack;' put Gangsters to shame! They are a pair of lying, scheming, deceitful thieves!
You pay your rent once a month, it could be £375, £400, £425, £440. You pay the same day every month! You pay early. So why oh why does David get Jack too 'hound' and 'harass,' you for another payment, two weeks later? The lies are under the guise ' a payment has not been received for the month of May.'
You say you paid; then Jack; who was trained by the 'master' of scams, David; has the nerve to say to you " Can you confirm the date you paid?" I mean, seriously! Is this how they pay a Tenant who pays their rent early?
They advertise they have a Cleaning Operative; clean the properties monthly....that soon stops! Try more like every two too four months! The Cleaning Operative empties a newly vacant room of it's rubbish; left by the Tenant who's moved on. They enter the kitchen and dump the rubbish right up against the back door! Do these Cleaning Operatives not have training? You should never block an exit! The Cleaning Operative walks right past the kitchen Rubbish that's in the bins; seems allergic to emptying bins! They then leave VIA the front door totaly ignorant to the fact 'council big bins,' are sat their by the front gardens gate, waiting to be filled with...er...the rubbish they just discarded in the house; and the kitchen waste they didn't give two hoots about!
David will take revenge if you say 'anything he does not like.' If you get an email, from Axis Property Management of Grantham; who are active in Birmingham; announcing ' someone has reported shower/s are not working; but didn't state what property this was at; can someone confirm which shower/s; where?' That's David, turned off the showers out of spite! It could be something as simple as you asking about the security of the house; as someone keeps entering rooms whilst on a telephone; and it's a voice that you don't recognise. You could be asking how many people have keys to the property; when was the last lock change?
David takes this as a personal attack on his pride. He is delusional about what goes on at these properties, has no empathy and frankly does not care! All he cares about is having a great reputation as a housing agent; and the money! If you say 'anything,' that goes against his 'fantasy bubble' two things can happen:
Shower or showers mysteriously stop working
Your room is entered whilst your out; New Razors, New face masks, lots of re-usable strong shopping bags, cans of soup, and cans of pop are stolen. David is behind this! He's now trained Jack as an accomplice; so Jack also is involved. You can be sure it's one or the other, out of this smiley pair!
Beware, beware you better take care; scoundrels operate in the Axis Property Management out there!”
“Things begin wonderfully; Axis Property Management of Grantham are all over the house, keen to please; but, soon as the feet slide under that table; and they stretch out, all cosy; relaxed, you are in for; nothing being done!
Promises of " we are going to rip out that floor, and put a new one in." That floor that slides and slips as you walk over it; well, you ask when, so you can conveniently be out the way. The reply from Axis Property Management of Grantham; maintenance worker, comes in the form of: " You will get an email in two weeks." Two months later; silence across your email address, no word from Axis.
Axis Property Management of Grantham; announce " We will be rewiring the bathroom, this is why the light is not working." Again I ask about when will this work take place? The reply " We will email you." Still, after two months no light in the bathroom; despite prompts reminding Axis Property Management Meghan, that it's a huge problem when you need to wash for work in the dark; as you are on earlies....so are getting up in the dark of night to find no light in the bathroom....still
Be prepared to greet future tenants banging off the front door; because, Axis Property Management of Grantham; failed to meet up with them, and show them the empty rooms available for rent. You are left to mop up the Tenants frustrations, entertain them, (general discussion) then watch them leave having wasted their journey.....all attempts to contact Axis Property Management of Grantham who operate in Birmingham also; go to voicemail, you can't help the future Tenant; even when you try! So where is Axis Property Management of Grantham; who operate in Birmingham also; what are they doing?
Well, let's compare this too their 'room inspections.'
They are meticulous about these operations. It is more like a 'room invasion of privacy!' They 'never miss' this, they sometimes tell you one day like it will be done on : Monday 14th June, only for it 'not' to go ahead; you get no warning! Then they storm in on the 15th of June, like Army cadets occupying new claimed enemie territory! Again, no warning.
I think they've been watching too many Nike adverts; ' just do it!'
Expect to have tops of wardrobes, Chester drawers, bags, and under the bed; searched! Every orfice, corner, turn, ledge, surface; searched!
Expect to find items missing if you were out on these searches; such as: new face masks, Batteries, Umbrellas, Cans of soup, Cans of juice, Butter, Spoons, tubs you use to warm up food at work in, Biscuits, sweets, Chocolate, Crisps, Jewelry, Gloves, socks, paper work I.E bank statements, letters, private mail/papers, Under arm deodorant, cleaning cloths, pants/panties, Bleach, Cleaning products, work eye protection glasses/goggles, other cleaning products, paracetamol, cold and flu pills, vapour rubs, toilet rolls, black bags, kitchen sponges, reusable recyclable bags, Tea towels, Toilet roll, Kitchen towels, charging cords/cable wires, see thru A4 sleeves (keeps paperwork neat, stain free) New Razors, soaps, Shower gels, Pillow cases, Eye liner, Music disc, DVD/blu ray movies, Cellotape, Coffee, T-shirts, Air freshener, Coats, E.T.C. This is what I can remember from the top of my head!
Plus, if you were out; expect to find washing powder blown over your clothes/floor. Where they scooped it up; sniffed it, like they were looking for 'Coke!' Yet, you don't do Drugs, let alone this Coke AKA Cocaine! Ridiculous!
If you come in and a 'room inspection,' occured; check through your belongings!
The Police need a search warrant; signed by a judge to search your property; so this is illegal! They are forgetting their job title, er, your Housing Agents not Police Officers...seems they need reminding!
A Tenant who works lates; asks you to pass a message on about their smoke alarm not working! Your home before them and often are their to 'protect your property' from these prying eyes, cantankerous wandering hands, on 'inspection days.' You alert the Axis Property Management Manager; Meghan that the fire alarms are not working/ or are very faulty VIA email; you also alert the 'room Inspecting crew' face to face. You are thanked, but then...nothing is done! Is this not illegal? According too Government guidelines.....
Look out for these pair; David Raffan and Jack. Remember the name. Big Blue Propertie agent, David Raffan recruited Axis Property Management of Grantham who operate in Birmingham; they now join forces under one name; AKA Axis Property Management of Grantham. David trained Jack. David has always 'pretended' he never received a rent payment to get you to pay twice; for the same duration! So, if you pay £445 monthly, he will wait 2-3 weeks; then ask for the entire amount again! Now, he's trained Jack to do the same. You need to beware of these corrupt, conning pair. David influences Jack too 'imagine' up rent arrears, or missed payments, Jack will hunt you down, bang your room door hard; unannounced on a week end, disrespectfully and with unfounded information. It is to intimidate you too pay more than you should/twice!
Interestingly, Jack is a regular, keen partaker in the 'room inspections.' I warn you; keep your receipts, keep a log of your rent payments in some form.
It is better to rent off a 'private Landlord.' Do this if you can, you will be much better off; I feel. These type of Estate Agencies are fraudulent, a nuisance, bugging you for free dishonest handouts!”
