“What a bunch of threatening money grabbing dodgy cheapskates
Last October I moved in one of axis properties 49 Prestwood Drive and what a hellhole it is. Not long after I moved in I already noticed how much of a hellhole it actually is mould in the bathroom a massive gapping hole near the kitchen door broken beds. At the start of 2021 my door came off its frame and fall on me causing me to have a panic attack. I reported it 3 times and nothing got done so i went to council. at the start of February I get a call from Jack say i owe money from November which I told them It was already paid. So around august time all of a sudden I "suppose" to Axis nearly £710 and yet again I told them i don't owe them that amount. Then A month later someone from Axis phoned me asked about it I told it was already been paid and sent them the evidence. Then two weeks ago I received a eviction notice saying I own them a staggering £830 two months rent which I never owe them.

“I notifyed David that works for Axis Property Management of Grantham; that a Tenant got stuck in their room and they could not get out, other Tenants tried to open it from the outside; the door wouldn't budge! He will make every attempt to get you too over pay on the agreed rent; he must have a gambling problem, or is evil greedy; either way 'have you seen his car?' Hardly hard up; it's not my problem David Raffan! He never apologised for the problems he causes. Yet when he visits your room behind your back he will steal; Pritstick, Scissors, Gloves, Razors, packets of crisps, under arm deodrant. Don't let him out of your sight if you have just been shopping! He will root through your clothes pockets; your bags, he is a real thief in 'casual, neat clothing!'”
