I'm having trouble getting a timely refund from B&Q for a returned Bosch garden shredder collected by a courier on 9 May.

Ordered some fence panels, not arrived, ghosted by third party seller on website, ghosted by complaints team now I have to wait on escalation team to get back to me when I asked for refund. Call Centre operator scripted for me to lose. Shoddy, do not recommend.

I've ordered a tree online which was delivered in a very bad condition and soon died. After contacting customer service for refund I received a reply that they "have a non refund policy on perishable items such as plants and turf." Very disappointed!

The chap I spoke to said he had cancelled it, I would receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes and my refund within 14 days.

Now I’ve been told it’ll still take a week for them to collect the damaged item, and 14 more days after that before I get my refund.

We ordered a chest freezer it came really dinted up including the box I rang them a week again for a new one to be ordered or a refund rhey said they'd email me a week later still haven't gotten a new one or an email back from them

At the time of writing, we are over a week from the delivery date, one our 6th call to complain and we are told that there is nothing they can do, won’t deliver our missing items and won’t issue the refund.

I spent over £100 on paint and decorating supplies. The paint arrived leaking in box (only apparent once I’d opened the box and covered myself and my flooring). B and Q sounded helpful at first but have missed two collection times and have failed to call me back twice! Refund not forthcoming despite pictures being sent as requested
