Dreadful Customer Service, long wait times and no solution to the problem. All they can do is email the seller, which I have already done, because they have no contact telephone number for them. How can a business be run like this.
I'm now out of pocket, no product and no idea if it when it might arrive.
The seller - Touch Global - verified by B & Q gave so far not responded to my email.
AVOID B & Q & TOUGH GLOBAL AT ALL COSTS.
