“Never buy online, as I checked stock levels and apparently they had what I needed, paid for the items waited the one hour, went to store to collect only to be told they didn't have the items in stock as nobody had updated the stock level, b!!ls!!t company, when I asked for my money back I was told 5 to 10 working days, disgusting!!!!”
“Phoned the Peterborough store on June 30 to check they had a wood cutting service. I was assured they could cut a piece of MDF to fit under a single mattress. My son drove from Sheffield the next morning to measure and then go and collect as he has a people carrier. When he arrived at the store he was informed nobody would there until 2pm to cut the wood. He had to be back in Sheffield by 1pm. For such a large store this is literally unbelievable !! Very, very poor service indeed.”
