After 3 different run covers which didn’t fit Babycare found one for me at a reasonable price.

I bought the Tommee Tippee electric steriliser because i heard some good reviews about it. I placed my order and thankfully the steriliser came with fast delivery. I love the steriliser because it's easy to use, it's well designed and has a sleek look to it. On top of that it had the best price which was a bonus. Overall i received great customer service. Thankyou Babycareplus, i will be ordering from you again.

I saved over 100 pounds on my travel system compared to other leading stores. The customer service was fantastic and delivery quick. I am over he moon and will be using again. Thank baby care plus ????

Before my purchase I made a Price Match enquiry which was rejected with the information given 'we are unable to match the price you mention due to a price increase on this product.'. I still decided to proceed with the purchase due to very positive customers reviews. I purchased the item on Wednesday 23/03. When I did not receive it and did not receive a dispatch confirmation I contacted Customer Care on Thursday 31/03. I was informed the item was dispatched on Monday 28/03 and was given the tracking number to check with Parcelforce. The information I received from my tracking was the item was collected from the Seller on Thursday afternoon 31/03. I finally received my purchase on Saturday 2/04, 10 days after placing my order. It was stressful time for me and my family as the item I purchased was the travel system for my unborn , so I was really worried I would not be delivered on time. The positive side was time the Customer Care took to respond to my queries and the travel system is as described.

I am very happy with my purchase as well as the customer service. I received emails regarding the process of my order so I knew when I will get my order by and I got it on the expected date.

Sorry for all the trouble caused, we aim to offer great customer service but in this instance we had no means of contacting you due to problems caused by refurbishment. I hope you like the product and sincerely hope you can forgive our silly mistake.

Excellent customer service, if i email them, they ring me straight back! I bought a car seat - and a pin fell out. I emailed BabyCare and they got back to me and sent me a new one all within a day. Fantastic!

The cot was delivered the very next day even though it usually takes longer. It's a beautifully designed cot that's easy to put together. There was some minor damage on one of the panels, however. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

We ordered two Hauck car seats from BabyCare+. We chose them due to a great price and other favourable reviews. Our items arrived as per the order confirmation and we were able to track our delivery status. After our items arrived, I had to call Babycare to arrange a printed invoice. My call was answered promptly and my request was dealt with immediately. Would definitely order from these people again.

It was a shame the stock level was not advertised on the site, this resulted in a part order being sent, however, so far we have received very good customer service and communications - it is very likely we will use them again (so long as the remaining item arrives as quoted).
