Sorry for all the trouble caused, we aim to offer great customer service but in this instance we had no means of contacting you due to problems caused by refurbishment. I hope you like the product and sincerely hope you can forgive our silly mistake.

“very surprised with the email asking for a review when the pushchair I attempted to purchase was refunded without explanation only for me to find it readvertised at a much more expensive price! All you had to do was tell me you'd made a mistake but instead your response (or lack of one) has ensured I will never purchase anything from your website. Thanks for nothing.”
