“No complaints on the order/delivery process which was very efficient but I ordered a happy nappy for my son who is 13 months old and on the 91st percentile weight wise so definitely not a small baby but the size you advertise as being for 12 to 24 months completely drowns him so is useless meaning I now have to order another”

Sarah, I'm really sorry to hear that the nappy doesn't fit your son. We do offer a free returns service and we will send you the smaller size, which is suitable for 6-14 months.
