“First up I'm a bloke who's normally happy to self-shop - i can usually work most things out, except when it comes to baby's i know nothing LOL!
But when i tried to get help in store from some of the Baby Bunting staff they were pretty useless, and i've been to a couple of different stores over the last few weeks. Im talking about fundamental things like how young/old baby can be in certain products, how to fold the different prams, what mattress size i need for my cot. No real helpful knowledge- they just read off the packet or tag on the product!
There's a couple of other stores in my area that i didnt go to start with as they werent the 'big guys', but after a few visits they are now my go-to's now where you get a much better experience, and honestly the pricing isnt really more than Baby Buntings and they always help with a deal if im buying a few things.
In summary, if you know what you want Baby bunting is fine.
If you need help knowing what you want - find a different baby store who can actually offer better assistance.”
