“I recently purchased a baby mobile from Baby Bunting, but once I opened the box, I realized it was of poor quality and too small to fit my bassinet. I didn’t fix or use it and immediately submitted a return request with all necessary photos and the bill. After waiting four days without any response, I followed up with a phone call—only to have one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The representative told me that since the item was opened, it couldn't be returned.
It’s frustrating because it’s not a food or clothing item—how can anyone know if a baby mobile fits or is suitable without opening it? This was not my first purchase with Baby Bunting, but it’s definitely the first time I’ve had such a disappointing experience. I expected better support and understanding, especially for baby products.”

“Total lack of personal customer service; whole place run by systems and not people. Purchased three of the same product in different colours, paid for delivery, two sent delivery, was told to pick other up from the closest store, days of phone calls back and forth; system error, system couldn’t change to delivery, system wouldn’t let them cancel, system wouldn’t refund the delivery, system this, system that, ridiculous!”
“Will not shop here again based on experience in store yesterday. Threatened by a random person in the store and then made to feel like it was my fault even though they were escorted from the store to their car.
Staff member who was rude to me and made a sarcastic remark about my parenting took no accountability and walked away As soon as she saw I was speaking to another staff member.
Have been here countless times for my twin girls and will never return and will encourage all friends and family to do the same. This is not my first poor experience with this store and frankly have had enough”

“I went to Shops all over Redcliffe to buy a replacement bulb for my baby Bunting lamp, bought 3 from different shops but none actually worked and couldn’t get one anywhere. Went to Northlakes Baby Bunting only to be told you don’t sell them !! They come with the lamp!! I was then told I would have to buy a New Lamp $44!!! So ridiculous !! I ended up paying an electrician to change the whole plug system. Don’t ever buy those lamps !! It’s an expensive mistake. I also wrote a review on line about this 2 weeks ago and was given the opportunity to settle privately, but seems that’s just not worth responding to either !!!”
