I don't do feedback very often, however for the service, advise and help from Patrick Gibbs, more than happy to do so. He helps me with all my order, very responsive both email and phone call, provided his honest feedback. In addition, he keeps mentioning to me to be very picky in my orders and if it doesn't feel right just let me know - feel free to call or email. Like his attitude means a lot a customer. He even said he will provide me status update of your order... MANY THANKS to Patrick Gibbs

Wonderful support team. Everyone seems knowledgeable and competent. Have had help with numerous orders & returns effortlessly. I appreciate that as a company, you have the option to talk to a human being. Really enjoying all my purchases with & through Backcountry!

I value having a dedicated Gearhead available to help me out... and Luke T is amazing!! I've had a few special needs across recent orders and Luke addressed everything super fast. He's just a call or email away. Love working with Backcountry and really love Luke's above and beyond customer service.

I could not be more satisfied with all of Luke’s insightful advice, and help in putting together a ski and binding package for my daughter. He absolutely went above and beyond and did everything he possibly could to help me out. I could not be any happier with backcountry.com and customer service I received from Luke. I wish the star rating went to 100. He would get 100 stars!

While Backcountry has a fairly robust product mix, it's really not what makes it stand out among outdoor etailers. Instead, its team of gearheads—personalized experts who advise on products—deliver a level of customer service I thought had gone by the wayside. With age and health, some of my abilities have diminished; these shifts have translated into changes in size/fit. My personal gearhead Addie has supported me every step of the way, offering ideas, proactively tracking product availability, consistently going every extra mile, and exercising patience and grace in the quest to find the right fit. So, I can comfortably get out and do the things I've always loved.

Moving into MTB XC racing and new to some of this w/ new technology. Buying process was seamless, got a great deal. Constant communication via email w/ Patrick G. kept me informed and answered my questions. To top it off they were like 5 days ahead of schedule for my build!

Had a mild issue with a payment not going through due to Paypal monitoring and not asking me to confirm. I contacted Luke T. from online chat and he checked it out and found the issue and took care of the payment right away and my great gear is now on its way. Backcountry has great selection, fair pricing, and now great customer service!

Ben Magid did an amazing job helping outfit me for two upcoming expeditions. I have an Alpine Skills clinic with the Potomac Mountain Club on Mt. Washington and a Norway Sail and Ski mountaineering trip. He walked me through pack choices, avi gear, etc. He is a knowledgeable pro, and I feel confident in the gear. Amazing service.
