“11 put of ten!! No doubt,I ordered a size too small,but without hesitation the lovely ladies, Deborah and Michelle offered to send me a further pair without waiting for me to return the first pair, as in these difficult days for us all it can be difficult to get to a post office. The replacement arrived with three days and were perfect!!I also recommended a friend to you and he was equally delighted. Mr. A. Cockitt,Bham B43. “Love Backdoor shoes - comfy and practical, lovely designs. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Only sad because I missed out on my free flipflops - email re these sent to my work address on Thurs (my day off) and I ordered from home the next day!”

After I gave my husband a pair for Christmas, which were exchanged with no fuss when it transpired I’d bought the wrong size, I decided to acquire a pair for my sister as a birthday present - she’s a keen gardener and will adore them. “I first became aware of Backdoorshoes about 6yrs ago when my sister bought me some for Christmas. Since then I have given them as Christmas and birthday presents to most of my family. I have just bought my daughter her second pair. They are really comfortable and lightweight also very easy to clean. I have now got myself a pair of the super sole flip flops which are really comfortable with a supportive footbed and therefore not as flat as a normal flip flop. Highly recommended”

“I made an error when ordering as I forgot to finish the process necessary to get my free pair of flip flops with my medical clogs. I phoned Backdoorshoes and within 2 days my flip flops arrived through the post. Fantastic customer service”

“My husband has a pair of backdoorshoes and I have now treated myself to a pair. Some discomfort initially but this was resolved by a message to the firm. I had a very prompt response, with advice of techniques to try to resolve the issue. Delighted to say it worked and now I am as pleased with my shoes as my husband.”

“We’ve now had about 5 pairs of these. They are excellent but eventually the soles become worn and they can get slippery in the winter wet. Having said that, they are probably about 4 years old by then, so I have no complaints about them!”
