“My family and I love your shoes! They are useful and fun and we have to remind ourselves that we do have other shoes to wear! It would be perfect if the stronger soled clogs were available in the smaller sizes as mine take quite a hammering and garden paths are often slippery.”

“I purchased both the garden clogs and the flip flops for garden use after my velcrose trainers gave up the ghost. I first saw Backdoor shoes at the 2019 Hampton Court Flower show and they were also recommended by my friend. I have been living in them during lockdown. They are so light and comfortable and the clogs really grip on the slopey areas of my garden. Naturally they get filthy but nothing that can't be sorted by dunking under the tap when washing off the feet. Now wear the flip flops all the time including when out and about.”

“Purchased my second pair as the originals were getting a bit thin in the sole (realised when I got a thorn in my foot, ouch!) New design is a great improvement, higher heel means they stay on better and thicker sole gives more grip. I would definitely recommend.”

“Well made, sturdy yet flexible garden clogs in amusing patterns. My husband was always wearing his lace-up brown leather brogues to do everything in the garden, so when I saw the lace-up brown leather brogue patterned clogs I just had to get them for him! He loved them so much he tried to go everywhere in them (no, not senile yet!). He has worn them so much in the garden that the tread has worn down, so i got him a replacement pair. Bought a size up from normal shoe size each time , on reading other reviews, and that was perfect.”
