“Brilliantly handled, when my new pair arrived mis-labelled and two sizes too small. Received a phone call within the hour and apology and explanation of what went wrong. Shoes returned and replaced, postage refunded and a little gift of a matching shopper included. Thank you Steve, that was a much appreciated and welcome touch! New shoes fit perfectly, old (finally) worn out pair binned. Onward and upward. Thoroughly recommend! 😁”

“I am now wearing my third pair of backdoor shoes. They are really good in the garden all year round. So easy to sllp on and off. I rarely use wellingtons. It is also good that you can buy additional insoles. The insoles need replacing before the shoes wear out.”

“Excellent shoes! I keep one pair for indoors and one pair for outside when I'm gardening They are so comfortable and wear extremely well. I bought my first pair over five years ago and have finally binned them. I suspect they could have lasted longer but there was no pattern anymore and when I got the new ones I realised how worn the tread had become. After 5 years of daily usage, I think that is fabulous!”
