“First order for hubby the shoes were too small so with excellent customer service I returned them ( they very kindly credited that cost back to me) and sent out a larger size. Very happy 😃”

“Very prompt and free delivery. I haven't worn them yet as not been out in wet weather but comfortable, light and stylish. So many great colours it was hard to choose. Settled on the brown/burgundy combo. Another plus is that they are made in France.”

“I had a pair myself which I bought at the Hampton Court Flower Show last year and was so pleased with them I bought these shoes for my husband. He loves them! “I bought myself a pair of Backdoorshoes some years ago when I was at The Spirit of Christmas fair. They are still going strong and are just perfect for nipping out into the garden - I don't know how I ever managed without them. The whole family now have a pair, and I've also bought them as presents for friends and other family members, who also find them incredibly useful, comfortable, hard wearing and easy to slip on. I now have the floral, flip flop versions and they are very comfortable and perfect for the summer...plus they look really good too.”

“I'm pleased with the changes in sole design. It changes the way the foot strikes the ground. This means shoe is less likely to slip especially on slimey Caithness slates. I notice that the heel is thicker which changes the body balance also helping to stop slips. The grip is also improved with the knobbley tread.”
