“We have had several pairs of back door shoes and been very pleased with their comfort and durability. It is a shame that the latest pairs have a defect which makes them squeak when wearing. As I am sure you must have been aware of this problem should you not have replaced the insoles before sending them out. Michele offered the advice to cut the insoles,I do not think that is my duty to do that, an offer to replace the insoles should have been immediate.”

“Ordered the wrong size, I’m normally a 6, but a 7 is much more comfy. Very prompt reimbursement on returned pair and very quick delivery of the new ordered pair. Can’t fault Backdoorshoes Ltd. 10 out of 10.”

“Wrong size delivered of Sunflowers. Out of stock of size 8 so delivered size 3 plus inserts. Phoned Michelle who changed them to tulip size 8 plus inserts, which I collected from Wimborne the following day and gave back the incorrect ones. Thank you. Would still be interested in the Sunflowers size 8 when they are next in stock please.”

“Just received my first pair of clogs and thrilled with them! But I wasn’t prepared for the very loud squeaking and creaking (it would wake the dead) from the insole rubbing against the clog. A generous addition of talc under the insole solved the problem. I’m a UK size 8 (42) and ordered a size 10 that fit perfectly.”

“I have had Backdoor shoes for many years and they are absolutely brilliant. I have always, in the past, bought them from gardening shows but with Covid and other reasons have not been able to so bought them online instead. I have also bought some for the Front door as well! Kind regards, Hilary”

“The dispatch of my order was delayed but the staff at Backdoor shoes couldn't have been more helpful sorting it out, arranging a next day courier to make up the time (the shoes were for a birthday gift) and changing the delivery address because I wouldn't be at the original one to receive. Thank you.”
