“Ordered shoes and insoles from a link in an email, offering a 20% discount due to being a previous customer and the website being rebooted. When i ordered the stuff, I was informed that I did not qualify for the discount (which makes no sense). I ordered anyway and sent an email reporting the issue I had encountered. I got a reply saying it was being dealt with. I got my order, plus a MAHOOSIVE carrier bag! No discount! Not really what I wanted.”

“The web site is easy to navigate and all the necessary information is given e.g. if the fit of the shoe is such that a different size to normal is required. The shoes are excellent quality and my husband is very pleased as they give support to his instep which had been causing him pain in other outdoor shoes.”

“It is great to have a pair of slip on waterproof shoes by the back door They are good value for the money and a fast delivery service. I ordered the wrong size, but it was no problem to exchange them for the smaller size, This only took a couple of days.”
