“After over a month of waiting instead of issuing a refund they've still trying to sell some fake story that my package is at the customs even though my tracking page says something completely different. Don't bother buying.
Will go for a refund in a legal way even if it will cost twenty times more than the product I've purchased.”

“Nightmare to deal with. Very slow delivery as it comes from Germany. Returns are to the UK. Having seen that my return has been received by them, I contacted them to ask when I’d be refunded. They have said 4 weeks is their usual time frame. The UK law says they only have 14 days to refund, but I guess they hide behind the face that they are a German company.”
“Deceptive marketing - German based company with delivery times far exceeding the estimate on the site. Says offers free returns from UK, but no one responding to my email to give me a returns code. Other reviews suggest that no refund ever materialises so not sure whether to just try and sell the bag. Avoid!”

“This shop is dodgy. The only thing UK-related about this shop is the name - everything is Germany-based. The 2-4 days delivery is only for within Germany (fine print) and doesn't apply to UK.
It took them 6 days to even give the bag to the courier company. They read but didn't respond to an email (ever - the options below only go to 7 days - they never responded). The bag was bought as a gift and it arrived too late for the trip it was bought for (because it took 8 days, not the 2-4 days stated) - I thought that buying from a UK-based company would be quick - except it isn't UK-based, despite the name.
It is just deceptive to call the shop bags.co.UK when it actually has NOTHING to do with UK.
